Course Objectives The objectives of this course is to make students grasp pyschological and sociological aspects of human behaviour and to develop an awareness about properties of interpersonal communication in small groups and about its effect on business life.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Describe the main principles of human behaviour.
  • Explain the culture and culture change processes.
  • Describe how the processes such as learning, motivation and perception operates.
  • Explain the personality and theories of personality.
  • Explain behavioral problems of individuals in social life.
  • Apply the methods of coping with stress.
Course Description This course covers the issus of approaches to behavioral sciences and research methods, sensation and perception, learning, memory, cognition, language, concepts, and thought in solving a problem, motivation and excitement, personality and theories of personality, psychology of abnormal behaviours, social psychology, developmental psychology.
